Go Get ‘em Senator Warner

So something weird happened this morning while I was wolfing down my breakfast Mc Burrito.  I thought I was completely out of my mind, and out to lunch for a moment (but then I realized it was breakfast time) when I began to cheer on Senator John Warner (R-VA.)

First lets get something straight: I lived in the great state of Virginia for quite sometime and there was never, ever one time I agreed with something Warner had to say. But now, Warner, following a trip to Iraq, is asking POTUS to bring home the US service-members beginning in December. 

Now, there are all sorts of alleged reasons why this might not be a good idea, but Warner is sticking to his guns — and that’s saying something folks.

After all, he is a senior member of the Senate Arms Services Committee — that’s SASC for short, and we all know the SASC and the HASC hold the purse strings for this whole war. 

So Mr. POTUS, better listen to the gentleman from Virginia, lest the plug be pulled on your entire operation.
