Pastor Problems
If this year is any judgement, it just seems that pastors should stay out of politics.
First, we had Rev. Wright who did his best to destroy the Barack Obama campaign. Then, last week, we had Mike Huckabee who made the stupidest and most inappropriate ‘joke’ about Obama getting shot at.
Today, The Huffington Post has an updated report on John Hagee, the pastor that has not only endorsed John McCain, but is also a supporter that McCain has graciously embraced.
Hagee has wonderfully blamed Katrina as God’s wrath for New Orleans’ acceptance of homosexuals. Now, here’s an audio clip of Hagee saying Hitler was sent by God to remove the Jews from Europe.
While I’m not a fan of this ‘guilt by association tactic,’ if one side wants to go after the other for connections to Pastors, then all is on the table.
